03 · Approach
Five steps of content production. Each keeps a record, a status and evidence, and notes where AI tends to go wrong.
AI helps with topics, scripts and English copy. I build shot-by-shot lists and turn product material and customer questions into a workable content plan.
Where it snagsChatGPT’s topic ideas drift toward the generic and miss the product’s selling points and what customers actually ask. So I feed it product material and real inquiry wording first, then ask for directions.
I assemble Claude production packs with clip in/out points, bilingual on-screen text and acceptance criteria, and make covers with image generation.
Where it snagsGiven a vague brief, Claude improvises: if in/out points or on-screen text are unclear, it drifts. Image tools give covers an inconsistent style. So the pack pins down asset ranges, bilingual text and acceptance criteria, and covers start from a fixed reference image.
When a cut comes back, I check the files, subtitles and picture item by item before it is scheduled.
Where it snagsAI output looks finished but slips in the details: subtitle typos, inconsistent terms, details in the picture that shouldn’t be there. The only fix is a manual check, item by item against the list.
With Codex I sort assets, check duplicates and keep the ledger, then link scheduling, publish checks and archiving, logging status and evidence.
Where it snagsPublish times and statuses across several platforms and accounts end up scattered, so posts get missed or doubled. I keep one ledger with Codex and fill in the link and a screenshot after each post as the check.
After publishing, I file assets, prompts, final cuts and review notes by project, so the next piece of the same kind can reuse them.
Where it snagsAssets, prompts and cut versions pile up until nothing can be found for reuse. So I archive by project, keeping prompts and review notes next to the final cut.
